After closing CASE, Inc. I wasn’t ready to launch on my own. I enjoyed working with my partners at TRIO Consultants but it was time for each to go their own way, experiencing other ways to contribute to those with hidden disabilities. As such, I’ve launched Dr. Cynthia Norall, Inc. I’ll continue to do the same advocacy and consulting and I very much look forward to all that life has to bring me in the way of learning. The pineapple has special meaning for me as it represents hospitality. A pineapple is prickly on the outside but sweet on the inside, just like me in a meeting advocating for a client.#specialisbetterthanperfect
