So, we are a month into the new year. It’s a good time to stop and think about what we had hoped to be doing (maybe a resolution, maybe just a hope for time to do something) and to reflect, with compassion, for what we have accomplished. I had three things on my “list”. To read actual books. To walk daily. To journal often. Reflecting back, I have completed one book, and working my way through a second. I’ve missed a few walks and my dog, Koa has reminded me of that. Journaling is a new routine so it’s not going as well. And I’m trying to be more compassionate towards myself and less judging when I think of my “list”. I wish you happiness and health in this new decade! aloha!
